Curious about beginning a mindfulness practice? Are you seeking support around your current practice? Join Cindy Schmidt, Certified Mindfulness Teacher and Jungian LifeCoach, for a 4-week mindfulness group, catered specifically to women allowing for a more relatable and personal experience. Plus, each guest will receive a one on one session with Cindy to hone in their practice and focus on their individual needs. Zoom conferencing link will be emailed ahead of time to all who register.

Group Includes:  4 live zoom group calls

Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:45 pm MST
