Fly Fishing 101 at Devil's Thumb Ranch

Fly Fishing 101 is presented by Rachel T. and the amazing supporters at the gorgeous Devil's Thumb Ranch! They're offering an awesome event at a GREAT price, not to mention tickets include simple & healthy lunch, and gratuity for our hosts. Rachel is a skilled fisher who loves to share her time with other women learning to love the sport. We are so grateful to have a true professional like Rachel hosting this private Women of Colorado event for us!

Arrive 15 minutes early at Zach's Mercantile to get geared up, and then enjoy a 3 hour class suitable for beginners and intermediate fisherwomen.

Schedule:

9:45AM arrive at Zach's mercantile: 3530 County Road 83. Tabernash, CO 80478

10AM Start fishing class at the pond

1PM End of class, time for lunch

2PM onwards, you can use the gear ALL day and continue to fish on the pond and enjoy the afternoon.

There is the option to fish in local areas with a permit, or to pay the private water fishing fee if you would like to fish on the ranch. All the fishing being done for this activity will be done on a pond.
