Join Jessica for a 2 hour intro to trapeze class at Fly Mile High in Westminster!

In just your first class, you’ll swing and learn multiple acrobatic skills in a safety harness (including a backflip in the air!), you’ll get caught by one of our professional catchers, and you’ll land in our comfy safety net. We meet each student at their individual comfort level and everyone gets to progress at their own pace. Try it with your friends and family or as a date night and turn this unique bucket list activity into your new favorite workout!
