Her accreditation includes:
- Wilderness Travel Course Graduate, Sierra Club, Los Angeles Chapter in 2017.
-Extensive hiking and backpacking experience on a multitude of different terrains in California, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Germany, England, and Ecuador (mountains, snow, dessert, rock scrambling, roped climbing)
-Instructor and hike leader for the Sierra Club Wilderness Travel Course 2018
-Highest peak: Ecuador at Mt. Chimborazo base level at 16,800 ft.
Judith will provide an overview of hiking and backpacking fundamentals. She will discuss conditioning techniques, clothing and equipment, nutrition, mapping resources, wilderness ethics, and much more. This course enables beginner and intermediate women backpackers to enjoy the outdoors comfortably, safely, and confidently. Bring your notepad & pen, you won't want to miss this exception opportunity to get acclimated to backpacking skills you can use this summer!
