Denver Area Volunteering at the Humane Society of the South Platte Valley

Volunteer your time to helping animals at the Humane Society of the South Platte Valley with ambassador Meghan!

Volunteering for groups usually involves cleaning kennels, helping with laundry and dishes, and other morning chore assistance. The group can also help with behavior and training by doing a class with our trainer and a dog at the shelter (depending on availability of trainer on day of service). It is also possible to do a pack walk. Activities will be decided upon as we are given input as to what needs to be done at the shelter as well as input from volunteers during the event.
