Denver Spring Sound Bath

Join Heidi around the spring Equinox for a sound bath meditation and energy clearing session at Intune Wellness. This 90-minute sound bath meditation event hosted at Intune Wellness Studio is a perfect opportunity for rest, mindfulness, and connection. This sound bath meditation includes guided meditation and a sound bath with crystal singing bowls, a gong, and accessory instruments. There will be time afterwards to ask questions and share in your sound bath meditation experience. Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets are provided!
